Jake Paul wants Anthony Joshua fight in 2026

A massive fight between Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua is now set for 2026.

Jake Paul has made it clear that he intends to fight Anthony Joshua in 2026 and even hopes to defeat the former heavyweight champion.

Joshua called Paul after the YouTuber-turned-boxer shamelessly called out AJ on his podcast.

Additionally, it is reported that the two verbally agreed to fight next year, with Paul threatening to knock out Joshua while making a nasty jab at him.

Speaking told Ariel Helwani: “Yeah, we talked on the phone for like ten minutes and we’re both down. I said 2026 and he was like, ‘Alright, let’s get it.’

“We’re gonna make it happen so I think that’s going to be a mega-fight next year and something fun to test my skills at heavyweight.

“But I think his chin’s gone and especially if he fights another time or two in between the end of 2026.

“I love Anthony, he’s always supported me, I’ve always supported him but I just do believe I can beat him in a fight.”

Mike Tyson controversially returned at the age of 58 in Paul’s final bout, which took place at heavyweight.

However, Paul won an eight-round decision in Texas, and a massive 100 MILLION people watched on Netflix.

Prior to his September KO loss to 27-year-old Daniel Dubois, he weighed 227 pounds, which is still two stone less than Joshua’s weight.

Paul, now makes a comeback on June 28 against former middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., 39, at the 200-pound cruiserweight limit of 14st 4lb.
