Simone Biles makes major announcement over new home with husband Jonathan Owens after being forced to spend time apart
SIMONE Biles is settling into a new home ahead of the NFL season.
The Olympic gymnast and her NFL husband, Jonathan Owens, have found a new home in Chicago.
Owens is entering his second season with the Chicago Bears, and has found a new place for him and Biles to nest in during the season.
In a post on her Instagram story, Biles revealed that she was shopping for new cars in Chicago.
“Looking at cars today for our Chicago home,” she wrote.
The post featured a picture from within a Porsche dealership in the city.
On top of her new Chicago home, Biles owns two properties in Texas.
She has spent more than a year building a waterfront home with Owens, and constantly updates fans with pictures on Instagram.
Her last update came in October, showing the mansion nearly completed.
The kitchen and laundry room are full of beautiful, unique tiling.
Biles’ home also features a swimming pool and spa.
The mansion has plenty of other features, including a theater, wet bar, and massive balcony.
It was featured in her Netflix documentary, Simone Biles Rising.
In the show, Biles went to check on the home during its construction.
“It’s a little surreal to walk through and see just how far it’s come,” she said.
“Last time you guys saw it, it was just bones and a structure.”
At this point, the property might be fully completed, but Biles and Owens won’t be able to stay there for long.
The NFL season is quickly approaching, and mandatory minicamp opens up early next month.
Training camp then starts in July, soon before the start of the preseason.
Biles and Owens will have to depart their brand-new mansion, as well as their second home in Texas, which they bought in 2020.
