Baby News Delights Internet as Simone Biles’ Family Celebrates Brother’s Second Child: “Beyond Excited“

Over the years, Simone Biles’ status as the gymnastics GOAT has become less and less debatable. With 7 Olympic gold medals under her belt, the 27-year-old has made history, and continues to do it even now! During all this time, Biles’ loyal fans have seldom left her side. Among them, the Houston native’s niece Ronni has been one of Simone’s biggest cheerleaders, despite her short time on Earth. But soon, Baby Biles could be cheering for someone else!

Despite being only a couple of years old, Ronnie Biles’ daughter has become a regular customer in the stands, making sure that her favorite aunt, Simone Biles doesn’t have any shortage of support at competitions. From the US Team Trails to the 2024 Paris Games, the little one is already one of the biggest fans of TT in the world. And now, as another loud voice looks to be en route, the community can’t wait to welcome their newest brethren.

In her recent Instagram post from December 9, Simone’s sister-in-law Sammi shared a jubilant update on her second pregnancy. “Here we grow,” reads the caption of her post, as Sammi thanked God for his delightful gift. “This pregnancy has not been easy in the slightest mentally or physically & we have many hurdles to cross but i want to celebrate even the smallest victories & milestones because this baby deserves to know how loved they are,” she wrote further, noting just how overwhelmingly happy she is feeling right now.

Sammi’s struggle with pregnancy isn’t unknown to the fans, and in her latest IG video, she’s once again shedding tears of joy. In the video, Simone’s sister-in-law also revealed how when she got to hear the heartbeat of the baby, she almost felt nauseous. “I thought I was about to throw up,” Sammi didn’t hold back on her emotions, while also mentioning, “i know the scars, only mean that i’m healing.” unable to stop crying.

Naturally, her happiness and the news that Sammi’s second baby is doing well elated the community and fans. One of them expressed their eagerness about looking forward to having a new comrade-in-arms to rally behind Simone Biles, saying, “SAMMI!!!! I am so beyond excited and happy for you!!!!” Simone’s young niece Ronni’s leotard collection is one of the cutest things fans have seen in recent years, and the thought of her having an apprentice soon is making everyone go ga-ga! But this fan wasn’t the only one celebrating!

Simone Biles’ family gets showered with well-wishes

Soon, more community members came forward with their good thoughts and cheerful words for the Olympian’s family. “Grow baby grow!!!” gushed one fan, underscoring that having another Biles superstar would be neat! Little Ronni herself has been taking to gymnastics keenly, and snaps and snippets of her skills never fail to awe the fans. Thinking there could be an equally cute one to join her, fans are already having their hearts melt. “OMG! I’m SO happy for y’all! Grow baby grow!” wrote another fan in the comments.

Praying for the good health of both the baby and the mother, another fan commented, “This is the best news!!” highlighting how the baby is already loved even before they’ve met each other. “The pain/trauma/loss never leaves you even well on the other side.please know you are being prayed & loudly cheered for,” Sammi wrote in her social media post, and the fans were quick with their efforts to make Simone’s kin feel better.

Sis!!!! Congratulations,” wheezed another fan, showing their happiness at the Biles family expansion. Another fan also wrote, “Congratulations! I’m praying and sending all our love!!!” ready with the preparations to welcome the new child into the world. Are you equally elated about seeing Ronni’s sibling among our ranks? Simone Biles started 2024 to redeem herself at the Olympics. However, as we near the end of 2024, Biles’ redemption tour has snowballed into a tidal wave of success. After winning three golds in Paris, and leading the Gold Over America Tour, the 27-year-old was among the highest-paid female athletes of the year. However, that wouldn’t be Biles’ final milestone of the year.

Earning $11.1 million throughout the year, the seven-time Olympic gold medalist became the 9th highest-paid female athlete of the year. However, the gymnast’s achievements on and off the mat have arguably made her the most influential. “Congrats to @Simone_Biles on being named to the @financialtimes‘ ‘Most Influential Women of 2024’ list!” revealed Octagon on X.

However, unlike the earnings list by Sportico, the Financial Times’ list wasn’t ranked. Simone Biles was also one of only two athletes on a list populated by celebrities, CEOs, reports, and political leaders. British marathoner Jasmin Paris was the only sporting personality on the list. The editor-in-chief of Vogue, Anna Wintour wrote why Biles made it.

Wintour revealed that it was her redemption in Paris after the disaster in Tokyo in 2024, that contributed to Biles joining the exclusive 25-member club. “The greatest and most decorated gymnast in history, as we all witnessed, again, this summer watching the Paris Olympics,” Wintour wrote in the Financial Times. The testimonial also paid homage to Biles’ resilience.

“She has demonstrated her bravery in so many ways: winning the US nationals with broken toes on both feet, winning the World Championships with a kidney stone,” added Wintour. Besides crediting Biles for gymnastics accolades, FT recognized the world champion’s triumphs in life.

Simone Biles

From conquering ADHD to rising above a “broken system,” Wintour dubbed the Olympian’s entire journey “inspirational,” even for those who never stepped foot on the gymnastics mat. However, this year, the highest-paid gymnast‘s success has transcended the sports world.

Simone Biles’ real-life success translated to the same on-reel

The Olympic champion joined celebrities such as Taylor Swift and Emma Watson in the FT list. However, the eleven-time Olympic medalist also made a splash in the entertainment sphere earlier this year. After the defending world champion’s success in the Olympics, she starred in Part 2 of her Netflix documentary.

Simone Biles Rising Part 1 was all about the anticipation leading up to the ultimate redemption. However, Part 2 captured a unique perspective of the American’s return to Olympic glory. Everyone witnessed Biles’ epic triple-gold medal-winning performance in Paris. Meanwhile, the Netflix documentary gave fans a deeper look at the trials and tribulations Biles overcame in Paris

Web documentaries on athletes are becoming a dime a dozen. However, Bile’s success and Netflix’s uniqueness earned Simone Biles Rising a Critics Choice Awards nomination. While that was an achievement, the documentary won not one but two awards. The Netflix production won Best Sports Documentary and Best Limited Documentary Series at the 9th annual Critics Choice Awards.

So it’s safe to say that whether it’s on or off the gymnastics mat, 2024 has been a golden year for the Olympic champion. What started with a shot at redemption has solidified Biles’ place as the GOAT in gymnastics.

Simone Biles Spotted Partying with Rival 49ers’ Wives Before Jonathan Owens & Bears Loss

Simone Biles had one heck of a 2024! She wrapped up the Paris Olympics by adding a fourth medal to her collection. After the Games, she didn’t slow down. Simone joined her Olympic teammates—Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, Hezly Rivera, and U.S. bronze medalists Paul Juda, Brody Malone, and Frederick Richard—on the ‘Gold Over America Tour,’ where they traveled the U.S. celebrating their amazing accomplishments.

But Simone’s life isn’t just about gymnastics. She’s also a supportive wife to Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens. Last Sunday, before the Bears’ tough loss to the San Francisco 49ers (38-13), Simone was having a great time with the wives of the NFL. She was seen enjoying herself with the wives of some of the 49ers players, like Sydney Warner (wife of linebacker Fred Warner) and De’Von Campbell (wife of Nicole Hartzer). The video of Simone dancing, singing, and even twerking in the 49ers suite went viral, and it was clear she was enjoying the game and having a blast—long before the Bears’ loss, which was shared by Sydney Warner on her Instagram stories.

The suite where all the fun was happening came with a hefty price tag of $45,000, but Simone Biles and her friends—Korynn, Ella Turner, De’Von Campbell, and Torrie—didn’t let that deter them. It was a pre-game vibe filled with joy and laughter, a stark contrast to how things unfolded on the field later that day.

As for the game itself, the 49ers were unstoppable. Brock Purdy was in top form, completing 20 of 25 passes for 325 yards and two touchdowns, leading his team to a dominant 38-13 victory over the Bears. With this loss, the Bears fell to 4-9 and will now look to bounce back against the Vikings next Monday night.

Despite the tough outcome for her husband’s team, Simone’s ability to balance her career and her marriage and still enjoy life off the field was evident. She showed that no matter the game’s result, she knows how to keep things in perspective and enjoy herself. Simone has also expressed admiration for the relationship of another NFL player, one that has frequently been compared to her own with Jonathan Owens. Their relationship has drawn attention for its strength and support, and Simone is inspired by the bond they share.

SIMONE BILES AND HUSBAND

Simone Biles breaking the internet with her unlikely connection

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens set the bar for what it means to be a power couple. Just last August, Jonathan was given the green light to leave Bears training camp early so he could cheer on Simone during the Paris 2024 Olympics! And Simone is not just showing up at his games; she’s making sure everyone knows who she’s there for. Whether it’s her outfits or just her presence, it’s clear she’s all in for her husband and his team. At the Bears’ games, she’s often spotted wearing gear with Jonathan’s number, 36, and other touches that are all about showing off her love and pride for him.

But people often draw comparisons between Simone and Taylor Swift, especially with how Taylor’s been showing up at fewer Chiefs games this season. That’s gotten people talking about her relationship with Travis Kelce. But while Swift’s appearances have dropped off compared to last year, Simone is still out there supporting Jonathan at every opportunity. It’s pretty clear that while Taylor’s with Travis, and the Chiefs are rivals to Jonathan’s Bears, Simone’s love and respect for Taylor haven’t changed one bit.

Simone was asked if she and Taylor would ever hang out at an NFL game, and her answer was classic ‘Simone.’ During an interview at the premiere of her Netflix documentary, she said, “Yes,” with a little smile. But then she joked, “But you usually don’t bond with opponents.” Taylor has supported Simone for years, from commenting on her Olympic performances to giving her a shout-out before the 2024 Paris Olympics. It’s clear that, even though they cheer for different teams, there’s respect and admiration between the two, and that’s something pretty special.

The apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree. With Simone Biles conquering the world and inspiring thousands of future gymnasts, it isn’t any surprise that talent would also bloom closer to home. The Olympian’s brother’s daughter, Ronni Biles, is an ardent fan of the GOAT. In her short time on Earth, the toddler has barely missed a chance to show up to cheer for her favorite aunt, TT. And now, it looks like Baby Biles might even be on her way to following in the footsteps of the 7x Olympic gold medalist!

Earlier this year, little Ronni joined the rest of the family to cheer for Simone at the Paris Olympics. Her presence lit up the Bercy Arena in the City of Love, and the fans could barely keep their eyes off Baby Biles. But now, it looks like she also wants to take things to the next stage, where she’s at the center of the fans’ applause instead of just being restricted to the stands.

In a recent Instagram story shared by the little one’s mom, Sammi Biles (Simone Biles’ sister-in-law), on December 6, the youngling’s appetite for gymnastics was revealed. Trying out her moves on various gymnastics apparatus, Simone Biles’ niece is seen displaying her acumen in all its glory. Naturally, Ronni’s mother was elated to see the former preserving the Biles family tradition.

I spy our spicy baby girl,” reads the caption of the IG update, as Simone Biles’s sister-in-law shared the original post by My Gym The Woodlands. The little one can be seen sporting a vibrantly colored leotard and getting familiar with the basic form of the beam. With Simone Biles being one of the greatest stars to ever grace the sport, it’s no wonder that someone from her immediate family would try to pick up a note or two from her illustrious career.

However, Baby Biles isn’t the only one to assure American gymnastics lovers that the future is in safe hands. In the brief video clip, it can be seen several toddlers putting on their gymnastics boots and learning the basic tenets of the sport. and yet, Simone’ niece looked distinctly more at ease, highlighting that she’s been following her aunt’s routines with a keen eye. And yet, this isn’t the first time that the little one has made fans gush while sporting a leotard.

Simone Biles’ niece loves to love her TT

Sammi Biles’s daughter has been perfecting her wolf turn for quite some time already. While the move gives Simone Biles’ NFL star husband Jonathan Owens the ich, his cutest in-law has been determined to walk on the path laid down by the gymnastics icon. Her moves even impressed the Olympian’s sister-in-law, who took to social media to exclaim, “The fact that she even knows what this skill semi is is crazy,” and we wholeheartedly agree! But we also hope to see another Biles family member soaring to great heights shortly to make sure gymnastics becomes a tradition in the household.

At the 2024 Games, Baby Biles sported the same leotard to support her aunt, and it was truly a wholesome moment for the family as well as the sport we all adore. At the US Olympic Team Trials even before that, Simone’s loudest fan flaunted her leotard collection with oomph, and even the Chicago Bears safety had to take a moment to snap a few pictures of them rallying behind the Olympian.

While Biles’ redemption arc for this year’s Olympic Games was undoubtedly one of the biggest highlights of the quadrennial tournament, Baby Biles’ wardrobe collection also didn’t fail to woo the fans. So which has been your favorite outfit of the little gymnast so far? Do you think she will go on to be the one to take over the torch from Simone Biles? Tell us below!

Simone Biles looks tiny next to most people, but when she posed with another GOAT in tennis legend Serena Williams, the height difference between them was truly shocking.

Biles stands at 4-foot-8 and has posed with the likes of LeBron and Shaq for a crazy photo, and had 6-foot-4 rapper G-Eazy leaning over for a pose on her “Gold Over America Tour”, and even had a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model make her look like a child next to her.

Simone Biles and Serena Williams

Biles, 27, is larger than life with her record seven Olympic gold medals in gymnastics, but so is tennis great Serena Williams, who has 23 Grand Slam titles in her epic career. When two GOATs get together it’s newsworthy. Williams, who stands 5-foot-9, posed in an epic side-by-side photo with Biles (and Vanity Fair magazine Editor-In Chief Radhika Jones), and the results are stunning.

Wow, that is truly shocking. Serena looks so big next to her.

The 43-year-old Williams, who has been retired from tennis since 2022, also looks incredible — she looks like she could still play.

That’s a rare photo with so much greatness together at the same time. Whatever they talked about is definitely worth listening to. Simone just had to do it looking up at Serena.

Simone Biles Returns the Favor to Serena Williams Following Tennis Legend’s Heartfelt Message

The world’s former No. 1 in singles for a record 319 weeks, Serena Williams, meeting the most decorated gymnast in history, Simone Biles? Talk about a legendary crossover! On December 5th, these two powerhouses came together at a Vogue and Female Quotient event, and the internet couldn’t keep calm. Seeing two of the most inspirational female athletes of all time share a moment like this? It was nothing short of iconic. After the event, Serena took to Instagram to gush about the meeting.

Her caption read: “Yesterday, I sat with the goat @simonebiles at an EVENING OF IMPACTFUL CONVERSATION with @audemarspiguet, @vanityfair, @femalequotient, and a house full of women. I love to see it.” That GOAT nod from Serena wasn’t just casual—coming from someone of her stature, it’s a massive stamp of respect. And let’s face it, Simone’s resume more than earns her the title.

But Simone wasn’t going to let the love go unreturned. She shared her own Instagram post from the event, featuring a carousel of moments, including one with Serena. Her caption? “Goated conversations.” Short, sweet, and packed with meaning. Serena Williams even chimed in the comments with a simple “Love.”

It’s clear the respect between these two legends isn’t a one-way street. Both women understand the weight of their influence and the legacy they’re creating—not just in sports but in culture. With Serena’s high praise, Simone Biles now holds a spot in the tennis icon’s exclusive GOAT circle.

In 2022, Serena was questioned on which athletes she thinks are the GOATS. The first name on the tennis player’s list was F1 driver Lewis Hamilton. She claimed that not only is he the greatest driver ever, Lewis is also an amazing guy. The tennis player then went on to name three more players, saying, I think LeBron [James] is amazing; I think Tiger Woods is amazing. [We] can’t start this conversation without naming the original, Michael Jordan.”

Simone Biles

Finally, she concluded her list after adding herself to it. But her caption on December 4th makes it seem that the player has updated this list and has also added Simone Biles to it. This is a great honor for the gymnast, who has been acknowledged for her contribution to the sport by numerous other athletes too.

Stars who have praised Simone Biles

Simone Biles has earned the respect and admiration of many athletes throughout her illustrious career, with even more backing her during tough times. One superstar who has consistently supported Simone is Usain Bolt. When Simone made the difficult decision to withdraw from the Tokyo Olympics, Bolt was one of the first to voice his support, praising her decision to prioritize her mental health. The Fastest Man Alive continued to cheer her on when she made her comeback to the Paris Olympics, telling Olympics.com, I think she is on her way back to be like Top. So, I think she will definitely medal for sure.”

Beyond Bolt, another athlete who has long admired Simone Biles is three-time Olympic gold medalist Gabby Thomas. She shared with Ali on the Run, “I’ve always been a Simone fan, even more so after Tokyo.” Gabby went on to explain that her first conversation with Simone in Paris was a game-changer. “She shared with me how to advocate for myself, how it’s okay to say no, and how I should be proud of my bronzes and silvers, not to let people forget; that’s part of the journey.” But wait. There’s more!

LeBron James also echoed his admiration for the gymnast, calling her simply, “the best.” In an ESPN interview, he said, “She’s an inspiration to my daughter and to all…if you love greatness,” adding, “Simone is super dope. And she’s an inspiration to my daughter and to all, not only Black girls in the world, but also, kids, anyone, not only just in gymnastics, but any field.”

Simone Biles’ incredible skills and strength have not only earned her global admiration but also the respect of her fellow athletes—proof that her greatness transcends sports and inspires everyone who values resilience, talent, and perseverance.

Recalling Simone Biles’ Paris Olympics Triumph, Snoop Dogg Makes Hilarious Confession: ‘13 ft in the Air’

The Paris Olympics served up a buffet of unforgettable moments, from jaw-dropping performances to star-studded sidelines. While events like equestrian and tennis had their fair share of famous fans, gymnastics took center stage, with none other than Simone Biles dazzling under the spotlight. Her cheering squad? Oh, just a casual who’s-who of Hollywood and beyond, featuring Ariana Grande, her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo, Lady Gaga, Tom Cruise, Anna Wintour, Jessica Chastain, and—you guessed it—the legendary Snoop Dogg.

But leave it to Snoop Dogg to steal the show, proving he’s not just a rap icon but also the ultimate hypeman for the U.S. women’s team. From the stands, he cheered Simone on like a proud uncle at a family reunion. His reactions were so animated and full of energy that one particular photo of him went viral. Fast-forward to now, and Snoop’s added his own hilarious twist to the moment, making a confession about that iconic meme-worthy reaction that has fans cracking up all over again.

Snoop Dogg reacts to the viral meme!

In a recent video shared by The Jennifer Hudson Show, Snoop Dogg graced the show and chatted with the host, aka singer and actress, aka J.Hud. When she asked him about his viral meme picture, a torch bearer for Team USA Snoop replied, “I think I was at I don’t know if that was gymnastics, it was something that was quiet and then all of a sudden you had to make a whole lot of noise. Simone Biles jumped about 13 ft in the air.” The viral pic of Snoop Dogg? Yep, the guy was all kinds of shook. Rocking a Biles T-shirt, he was totally in awe of Simone, his sunglasses pushed up, wide-eyed, and his eyes practically popping out in shock or disbelief.

Simone Biles absolutely stole the show at the Olympics with her jaw-dropping floor routine, where she hit a crazy 12-foot jump! Picture this: she soared higher than even some of basketball’s best, jumping in sync with Taylor Swift’s beats. And here’s the kicker—she’s only 4’8, so if you subtract her height from that 12-foot leap, she cleared a mind-blowing 7’4″, which is taller than Victor Wembanyama, one of the tallest players in the NBA and at the 2024 Paris Olympics

Simone Biles

Plus, Simone Biles beat his vertical leap of 10 feet! She nailed a score of 15.066 (with 6.900 for difficulty and 8.166 for execution) in that routine, and you could tell—Snoop was shook! But let’s not forget that gymnastics wasn’t the only time Snoop Dogg made his mark. He had plenty of other moments that kept him busy and vibing all throughout the Paris Olympics!

Uncle Snoop lived his dreams at the Paris Olympics!

While many hailed Snoop Dogg as the unofficial mascot of Team USA in Paris the hip-hop legend described his time at the Olympics as a dream come true, feeling like a big kid. He got to do everything he imagined, and thanks to the NBC team, he had the freedom to showcase his talents and spread a lot of love and joy while doing it! It all kicked off when he was chosen as one of the few cultural icons to carry the Olympic torch during the grand Opening Ceremony of the Games.

Not only that, but the legend himself also became an NBC commentator, adding his signature style and vibe to the whole experience. And if that wasn’t enough, Snoop reunited with his longtime buddy, Martha Stewart, for the Olympic dressage competition. The two of them were rocking full riding gear—helmets, riding coats, the whole vibe—and celebrated Stewart’s 83rd birthday in true style. But wait, there’s more!

Snoop didn’t just hang out in the stands; he got his hands wet too, joining the one and only Michael Phelps in an NBC segment for the Paris 2024 Olympics. Phelps was giving Snoop some swim secrets, talking about how his wingspan and lung power were key to his success. Snoop, being Snoop, had to chime in, saying, “You just described me. I definitely have great lung power. And I do have a swimmer’s body…We could be twins.” Classic Snoop move, right? And that wasn’t the end of it—he was right there cheering on his fellow Olympians, too.

Snoop also showed some serious heart when he supported Caeleb Dressel, the eight-time Olympic medalist, as he claimed another gold in the U.S. men’s 4×100 freestyle relay. The rapper was right there with Dressel’s family, cheering him on like the legend he is. And when the athletes weren’t busy winning medals or training, they were all about that Olympic pin trading. Snoop got in on the fun too! He even had his own custom pin, which none other than Coco Gauff snagged for herself. Whether it was on the field, in the pool, or in the Olympic village, Snoop Dogg was everywhere, leaving his mark and keeping that Snoop vibe alive in Paris and now maybe for LA too!

Olympic champion Simone Biles linked up with supermodel Winnie Harlow at an event for a high-profile brand.

Simone Biles is fresh off of a busy Thanksgiving weekend where she made the trip to Detroit to watch hubby Jonathan Owens and the Chicago Bears take on the Lions before enjoying a Thanksgiving dinner.

Since then, she has showed off a dramatic new hairdo before attending an event for a high-profile brand on Wednesday night.

Photos surfaced on social media of the Olympic champion, who stands at 4-foot-8, posing for a photo after linking up with supermodel Winnie Harlow, who has posed for SI Swim.

Winnie stands at 5-foot-9, and she towered over Biles at an event for luxury watch brand Audemars Piguet.

The event capped off a busy day for the Olympian, who documented various moments on social media.

The day started off with Biles’ “first time working out since the Olympics.”

She later kicked back on the balcony of the apartment she shares with Jonathan Owens in Chicago, enjoying some breakfast and soaking in the sun.

A day in the life of Simone Biles doesn’t seem too shabby.

While Simone is currently freezing in Chicago, perhaps she should consider a trip out West to watch her husband and the Bears take on the San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara during Week 14 of the NFL season on Sunday, December 8.

Simone Biles Does Her First Workout Since the Olympics — and Says This Kind of Class Is ‘Too Hard’

Simone Biles may be the most decorated gymnast in history — but even she isn’t immune to a “hard” workout session.

In a post shared to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Dec. 4, Biles, 27, documented her first workout following her historic run at the Paris Olympics.

“First time working out since the olympics,” the gymnast wrote. “This is what I wore to a pilates class that I will never be attending again! Y’all stay strong out there lmao. It was too hard.”

During the Netflix docuseries Simone Biles: Rising, the gymnast opened up about her advanced age (for gymnastics) and how she feels differently now than she did earlier in her career.

“Since I’m older, my body is like a ticking time bomb,” Biles said in the series, and noted that despite suffering a calf injury during the Paris Olympics, she refused to quit and relive her early exit in the Tokyo Games.

Coming off her successful Gold Over America Tour, Biles has been tight-lipped about her future in gymnastics — specifically if she will return for a fourth Olympic games in Los Angeles in 2028.

Simone Biles

“This is my last, definitely Yurchenko double pike [vault]. I mean I kind of nailed that one. So never say never,” BIles told reporters following the Paris Games. “The home Games — the next Olympics is at home, so you just never know. But I am getting really old.”

Biles’ husband Jonathan Owens told PEOPLE in August that he’s on board with whatever she decides.

“If she feels like it is time to focus on life … because when you are locked in, you do have to sacrifice a lot and you do miss a lot,” Owens told PEOPLE.

“That’s the one thing that she would just have to figure out for herself. And like I said, man, I’m here to support her a thousand percent whatever she decides to do,” he added.

Gymnast Simone Biles vows to ‘never’ return to Pilates class, cites difficulty with first experience

Simone Biles is an elite athlete and one of the greatest gymnasts of all time, but she recently admitted she struggled to get through a workout.

Biles apparently took some time off after she won her fifth, sixth and seventh Olympic gold medals earlier this year in Paris.

But she recently resumed her workouts.

According to Biles’ social media account, Pilates was at least part of her first post-Olympics workout, but her experience with the popular exercise was not something she is interested in doing again.

“First time working out since the olympics,” the superstar gymnast wrote on her Instagram story Wednesday. “This is what I wore to a Pilates class that I will never be attending again! Y’all stay strong out there lmao. It was too hard.”

Joseph Pilates is credited with developing the exercise. A typical Pilates class involves machines, which use bands and movable benches.

Exercises focus on Improving flexibility and building muscle strength. When done properly, Pilates has also been known to help lower back and leg muscles.

Biles has not ruled out competing again in the Olympics.

“Never say never. The next Olympics is at home. So, you just never know. But I am getting really old,” Biles, 27, said in August.

The Summer Games are scheduled to return to the U.S. in 2028, when athletes from across the globe descend upon Los Angeles. It will mark the first time since the 1996 Atlanta Olympics an American city hosts the summer edition of the Games.

In addition to the three gold medals she earned at the Paris Olympics, Biles also won silver in the floor exercise.
